PCBusiness.ca gives a 30-day guarantee for which all mechanical malfunctions are covered. Any and all software issues are not covered by PCBusiness.ca, with the exception of the failure to activate any operating system supplied pre-loaded but with the proviso that the purchaser/s are able to adequately demonstrate that compliance of the necessary on screen instructions were followed correctly.
