Once the payment is received and processed your product will leave the Warehouse within the next two business days. We will endevour to despatch your order within 1 business day of receipt of confirmed payment* *Canada - For U.S. see below Paypal Shipping Address Customers paying through Paypal must have their Paypal Shipping Address confirmed to the address where they want the unit to be shipped (the address must be the same as the one entered in the Shipping Information while ordering the product) We don't ship items to unconfirmed Paypal addresses because Paypal do not accept transactions in the Buyers Protection Policy which have an unconfirmed Paypal address This is the same with customer paying with their Credit Card, the Billing and Shipping addresses must be identical - We don't ship items to P.O Boxes Duration of Shipping Within Canada: Usually, the purchased item will be shipped to you within 1-2 business days after the payment is processed. United States: Estimated time is 1-4 business days after the payment is received and processed. This is always subject to the collection schedules of our carriers. Arrival time maybe delayed due to rare hold ups by US customs deprtment. PCBusiness Returns and Refunds Policy Warranty All new products come with a 1 year manufacturers wanrranty, used products come with a 30 day warranty; if there are any issues with our used systems within the first 30 days of purchase , PCBusiness.ca will gladly replace the faulty system with another. The customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to pcbusiness.ca wharehouse at PO Box 99, Bobcaygeon, Ontario, K0M 1A0. New products will be subject to the warranty conditions provided by the manufacturers but without limitation to any consumers statutory rights. |
